How We Grow

For the best flavor (most nutrition) we:

  • Source non-GMO organic seeds

  • Plant in organic soil enriched with composted ocean and forest products in food-grade, BPA-free trays

  • Supplement with local earthworm tea

  • Water with clean well water

  • Harvest on time – the key to maximizing nutrient density

Feel the Difference

Our microgreens are shiny, crunchy, more vibrant & flavorful, and keep fresh for 2 weeks in the fridge!

Storage Tips

KEEP DRY! Only rinse before eating. Swap out paper towel if wet to absorb excess moisture.

MAINTAIN TEMPERATURE! Don’t put near the freezer or ice maker to avoid burning the greens.

EAT FAST! You can never eat too many microgreens. Put them on everything!

Ravina? It’s a long story.

But the short of it is – Ravina is my healing project.

My name is Kim, and I’m finding mental refuge out here in the desert. With the invaluable help of my partner Ian, we set up the project’s foundation: a commercial microgreen farm. Over the past 3 years we have taken the business in all sorts of different directions, from markets to restaurants to institutions to even opening our own brick-and-mortar food establishment (RIP The Grass Stop, in loving memory). It’s been a shoestring tornado, full of blessings and characters and growth. But here we are back where we began, in a totally different way.

The theory is to begin with one thing and let it explode into more. The one thing right now is a seed. My current meditation is on the harvest. My goal is to participate with a full heart and let the results speak for themselves. I hope you enjoy the fruits of the harvest and that you are invigorated by the love and care put into every box.

Thank you for supporting my project. It is deeply appreciated.
