REFRIGERATE
Our microgreens keep for 2+ weeks in the fridge. Make sure to periodically fluff and absorb condensation with a paper towel for longest preservation.
WASH
Dunk your Monsoon Microgreens Mix in a bowl of clean water and brush the surface with your hand to eliminate seed hulls. They will float to the top for easy removal. Dry on a paper towel or gently spin. Wash as needed — keeping your microgreens dry will allow them to stay fresh.
