Speckled Pea Microgreens
Organic Speckled Pea Microgreens have extra tender leaves and less fibrous shoots than green peas, and taste like sweet peas from the pod. They are crunchy raw and make an excellent addition to a salad or stir-fry.

REFRIGERATE
Our microgreens keep for 2+ weeks in the fridge. Make sure to periodically fluff and absorb condensation with a paper towel for longest preservation.
WASH
Rinse your Speckled Pea Microgreens in a strainer and then shake off excess water. Dry on a paper towel. Wash as needed — keeping your microgreens dry will allow them to stay fresh.
